Yanbu, the Land of Water and Palm Trees

Since ancient times, Yanbu has been known for its abundance of water and palm trees. There are up to 370 water springs. Yanbu is divided into three sections: Yanbu ِAl-Bahr, Yanbu Al-Nakhal, Yanbu Al-Sina'iya. One of the most important landmarks in Yanbu is the house of Thomas Edward Lawrence, the inspiration for the movie "Lawrence of Arabia". The house has now been turned into a museum that tells the story of this mysterious British officer. Among the most important tourist attractions in Yanbu are the waterfront, Al-Mahar Island, the North Beach Corniche, Marsa Al-Ahlam, the Night Market and Al-Sour neighborhood.
