Welcome to your demonstration tour, following a short itinerary. On your left, you should now see La Seine Musicale, a renowned concert hall on the Seine. The building was designed by architects Shigeru Ban and Jean de Gastines, renowned for their innovative and sustainable designs. Its distinctive sail-like structure represents the harmonious fusion of art and nature.

You now pass the Ile Seguin on your left. A historic site with a fascinating past. Due to the risk of flooding, the banks of the Seine in this area remained uninhabited until the end of the 18th century. The establishment of the Renault car plant on Ile Seguin marked the beginning of the district's development. The plant was the site of major milestones in the automotive industry. Despite its closure in 1992, the legacy of the Île Seguin Renault plant lives on, leaving an indelible mark on Paris's industrial heritage and the evolution of car manufacturing.

On the right, you can see the "Voilures" sculpture-signal on the Billancourt bridge. Comprising three monumental metal structures resembling sails, this work of art is both a visual addition to the urban landscape and a functional signal for river traffic on the Seine. The Eiffel Tower can also be seen from the bridge, adding to its appeal.

You now pass the Parc des Glacières, an enchanting green space. The park's manicured gardens and lush landscapes create a serene, picturesque environment. Visitors can admire some 50 species of trees, contributing to the park's rich biodiversity.
