Outdoor Finnskogen is an awesome company that offers various outdoor activities for people looking for an adventure. Even if you have no prior experience, you will learn to stand up paddling. SUP is a fun way to paddle in the water. The instructors give you basic introductory training to familiarize you with the equipment and also walk you through the essential safety cautions for stand up paddling.

Norsk Skogfinsk Museum is a place where you will get to see what life was like hundreds of years ago. The forest Finns arrived in Eastern Norway from Finland during the 17th century. They brought with them their language, culture and daily habits. This museum researches the history and culture of forest Finns and seeks to showcase and teach their history through exhibitions and displays.
You'll find the traditional houses and places where the local people lived and worked in the past, and it's all displayed in a beautiful environment. The museum consists of four organisations and museums, and the Museum manages and maintains the historical buildings and collections connected to them. The museums and historical buildings are located all over Finnskogen and Solør in Norway and can be visited mainly during the summer or by special request.

Midt i gata literally means "In the middle of the street" and they are located, not quite in the middle of the street but in the city centre. They serve amazing, well-presented food and their pizzas are delicious. The staff are super friendly and the restaurant is clean.
