The village of Chineyevo was founded in 1732. A century later there appeared a wooden Modestov church, which in 1900 was rebuilt from stone and named in honor of Saints Blasius and Modest, the patrons of animals and cattle breeding. The church proved objectionable during Soviet times. In 1961 its domes were torn down, the iconostasis was destroyed, and the icons were used to pave the path from the local House of Culture to the restroom. This is how the values inherited from the ancestors perished. Today the church is in a ruined condition. Another landmark is a monument marking the geographical center of the Kurgan region. The center of the Trans-Urals was calculated by physicists, geographers and programmers. Nearby is the sign "Kilometer Zero", which has become a starting point for travelers.

The village of Sladkokarasinskoe was founded back in the 1750s. The old Church of the Savior Not Made by hands has been preserved here - the first monotheistic church on the territory of the vast Orenburg province. In the 1930s, due to religious persecution, the church was closed. In the abandoned building residents installed a modest wooden cross and a few icons. The church is severely dilapidated, but no one is going to rebuild it yet.

Not far from the Yurgamysh River there is the oldest mill in the Urals - Ivinskaya. It has been in operation since 1896, stopping only on major Orthodox holidays. Surprisingly, the complex of structures made of red brick and wood can be visited without special permission or payment.
The steam mill was built near the river Yurgamysh by an enterprising shop owner Ya.A. Ivin. He is remembered as a diligent owner, who cared about the common laborers. After his death the mill was run by his adopted son Dmitry - an illegitimate baby was passed to childless Ivan for upbringing by a famous excise official.
